Cesar Serrano (he/they) is an actor, director, and writer based in Los Angeles. He is currently studying Theater and Public Relations at the University of Southern California where he runs the CommUnity Arts Collective, an independent student production company.

Young and passionate about the arts, Cesar is driven to uplift marginalized voices in the entertainment industry.
